I had my tuba fall over and two people recommended Chris Marlow, when I got it back it was like new! I could not recommend them more for anybody in the area of Cheyenne Wyoming or the surrounding area!

So happy, Thank you for repairing our mariachi guitars.”

Loree Sanchez ;    Director of Mariachi 307.

“Chris has worked on 2 instruments for me so far and has fixed them both perfectly, and in a short amount of time! My dad’s 1950’s Gibson Guitar is absolutely beautiful again and sounds wonderful. My great grandfather’s 1920’s Clarinet is just like new. I am enjoying re-learning how to play them both!”

Tina Phillips

“Chris is a music professional who loves every aspect of the business. His enthusiasm is contagious. Please look to, Chris to meet all of your musical needs. He’s a pro!”

Linda Clark-Reel

Chris is an excellent repair man. He not only worked on my personal saxophones but repaired all the instruments at the schools where I taught as a band director. He is honest and fair priced. So whether you’re a pro or band and orchestra director I highly recommend Chris Marlow for all your repair needs.

Lawrence L.A. Auble,  Professional musician & educator

“Chris is dedicated, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I rented a saxophone and purchased lessons with Chris. They were fun, eclectic, informative, and tailored to my way of learning. The experience left me with a more personal, and well rounded knowledge of music.”

Christopher Marlow has been providing quality musical instrument repair and restoration for decades. He is a great piano tuner and very easy to work with. I trust his professionalism and abilities, and am very happy to recommend his service!”

        Barry Stevenson

I have known Chris for a very long time, he has repaired many instruments for me. Some have been pawn shop purchases, music store consignments, from friends, antiques in the attic. All were superbly done. We attended the same church until we moved away. He played on the worship team, quite an inspiration to me in far away Montana. We also played in the civic band in Cheyenne and LCCC music groups. He knows his instruments. I can’t find anyone here I trust with my vast collection. I may have to pack up some of my toys and plan a trip to Cheyenne so Chris can fix a few things.”

Linda in Montana

“I have an early 70’s Ovation guitar that has problems with the neck cracking at the headpiece, as a result of having a factory “custom built” neck. It went back to Ovation several times, but the same problem would reappear after each replacement. After I moved to Colorado, it became completely un-tunable, so it stayed in it’s case for over 20 years
A few years ago I reconnected with Chris on Facebook and asked him about it. His answer was, “I can fix it”, and he did, simple as that. It’s been a few years and it is still absolutely perfect! I can’t say enough about the quality of his repairs.
Thank you Chris for making this very special guitar playable again, I play it almost daily now.”

“Magic Hands”

Tommy Song; professional musician

I am a retired Band director from Orange County, CA. While I taught high school band and orchestra in Garden Grove, CA, it was Chris, exclusively, who handled all my instrument repairs. I used his services alone because I could count on the repairs to be done right and in a very timely manner. He also tuned the school districts pianos and kept an inventory of quality instruments for sale and rent if students needed them. For your instrument purchase, or repair needs, I highly recommend Christopher Marlow.
Randall Ames; Professional musician & educator

Chris repaired the neck on my, 1928 Gibson Mastertone. It plays perfectly, and I can barely tell where the break was

Jimmy Graham; stuntman, actor, musician

“I hired Chris to perform a very complex repair on my son’s trumpet. He exceeded my expectations and produced amazing results. I highly recommend his work!”

Adam Byers; IT Specialist

Over the many years I have known and worked with Chis, I have always had a very high regard for him as a person and his talent as a technician. Also a fine family man that takes care of business.”

Jim Winn, Repair Shop Manager, at Music House Costa Mesa, Ca

Chris Marlow is an excellent choice for instrument repair. I would highly recommend him for any music instrument repair from a piccolo to a grand piano or full size tuba. You won’t be disappointed.”

Mark Holton; Educator and professional trumpet player

“Chris Marlow did a wonderful job repairing my Ibanez 5 string bass. The input jack was broken into pieces, and there were several large cracks in the body, the only thing holding it together was the access panel on the rear. I didn’t think it could ever be fixed until I took it to, Chris. When he was finished it looked like I had never dropped it, and it plays as well as ever. If you have a problem with an instrument, Chris Marlow is the one you should take it to.”

Bethany Morse; Cheyenne Wy.

Thank you for all the special attention you put into restoring my fiddle. I believe my daughter said it best when I showed the family the finished project. She said, “But what happened to the old violin?” Words seem weak in comparison to the way I feel about the work you did. Thank you”

Dan, in Saratoga

Dear Mr. Marlow

Sally Pelayo, Cheyenne

“Thank you for the fast service. Joey’s trumpet sounds wonderful, and it sure looks better, so does the case.”

Tammy Geringer

“We received the tuba this week. Our son is the happiest tuba guy on the planet. The King tuba is a lovely instrument, with beautiful tone & nice key action. He used it this weekend for an honor band event. It was the only forward facing bell recording tuba in the auditorium. Thank you for your encouragement and patience.”
