While we welcome and repair instruments from all over the country. I do recommend that whenever possible you support your local music store and repair shop. That being said there are some good reasons to ship your instrument to us for repair.
- There is no local repair shop.
- The local repair shop is hopelessly incompetent.
- You need a specialty service preformed. For shipping I recommend, USPS with tracking, and insurance.
Your instrument should be secure in its case. If not use bubble wrap or other packing material to keep it from jiggling around. Bubble wrap the case so than it fits snugly in a sturdy box.
